For in-stock prefinished and engineered products, yes, when slots are open, and the header of this site only says so when it's true. Site-finished and special-order floors schedule 1-3 weeks out. Call and we'll tell you today's real lead time.

Yes: MHIC #05-155xxx, plus general liability and workers' comp. Certificates of insurance available on request, including building-specific COIs for condo work.
How do estimates work?
Free, in person, usually within 2-3 days of your call. We measure, check subfloor and moisture where relevant, and send a fixed written quote the same evening. The quote is honored for 60 days and nobody follows up with pressure calls.
